Assist in patient care assessments and plan delivery. Provide care and support to patients in various settings, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Carry out clinical procedures in line with professional standards and policies. Record patient information accurately and contribute to patient care plans. Knowledge of current health and safety regulations, infection control, and safeguarding. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
