Hours Monday - Friday - 0800 - 1900 Weekends & Bank Holidays - 0800 - 1200 37.5 hours per week Salary This position is full time; you'll receive an annual salary from £28,247 up to £32,346 per annum FTE - depending on experience. As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding care to our patients, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalized and informed by what matters to them. Contributing to and implementing care packages, assisting with health promotion, wellbeing, and clinics, as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care. Delivering non-judgmental care involving health promotion clinics and observations, supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks. Inspiring excellence by forging strong links within our teams, partners, and stakeholders, providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within, and feel proud of. Promoting best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of shared learning and demonstrating empathy and understanding to our patients.
