This post is fixed term / secondment until 31/03/2026 to meet the needs of the service. As a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Self Care Service Nurse Call Handler, you will provide a high level of service to the Single Point of Contact team, which forms the basis of the 3P’s delivery (Promote, Prevent and Prepare for treatment to be a success). Qualifications and/or Knowledge

Registered Nurse first level Knowledge of Planned Care, waiting times and NHS targets Well-developed clinical skills Degree in Nursing Surgical or orthopaedic relevant courses Aptitude and abilities

Effective interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain high standards of care Ability to assess, plan and refer patient care appropriately Able to support patients' physical and psychological needs remotely Excellent telephone manner Knowledge/experience of computer systems Ability to manage own workload Experience

Well-developed clinical skills Previously worked within an acute setting Contact centre or Call handling experience You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
