As a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Self Care Service Nurse Call Handler, you will provide a high level of service to the Single Point of Contact team, which forms the basis of the 3P's delivery (Promote, Prevent and Prepare for treatment to be a success). Qualifications and/or Knowledge

Essential

Registered Nurse first level Knowledge of Planned Care, waiting times and NHS targets. Substantial post registration experience Well-developed clinical skills Desirable

Degree in Nursing Surgical or orthopeadic relevant courses Aptitude and Abilities

Essential

Effective interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain high standards of care Ability to assess, plan and refer patient care appropriately Able to support patients' physical and psychological needs remotely Excellent telephone manner Desirable

Knowledge/experience of computer systems. Ability to manage own workload. Experience

Essential

Substantial post registration experience Proficient clinician Well-developed clinical skills Desirable
