Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care. You will be the home's nurse expert, utilising your nursing skills alongside your managerial and leadership skills. You will focus on residents with complex needs, conforming with the latest guidelines, making far-reaching decisions, and maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance, while regularly auditing practices and procedures. Care plan development and assessments. Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care. Preferred Skills and Experience:
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience. The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care. Good working knowledge of CQC standards. The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams. Good clinical skills. Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home. The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum. This exciting role is a permanent full-time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts.
