Nurse Deputy Home Manager

to work in a brand new state of the art care home opened in the Holt, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care. You will be the home's nurse expert, combining your nursing skills with managerial and leadership skills. You will focus on residents with complex needs, conforming with the latest guidelines, making far-reaching decisions, and maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance, while regularly auditing practices and procedures. Care plan development and assessments. Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalized centered care.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Previous Deputy Home Manager experience. The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care. Good working knowledge of CQC standards. The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams. Good clinical skills. Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP55,000 per annum. This exciting role is a permanent full-time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
