An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Knutsford, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers. This nursing home provides a range of care services, including: nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care, end of life care, and convalescence care. To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care. Acting as the home's nurse expert, combining nursing skills with managerial and leadership skills. Focusing on residents with complex needs, conforming with the latest guidelines, making far-reaching decisions, and maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance, while regularly auditing practices and procedures. Care plan development and assessments. Looking after all residents alongside the team and offering personalised centred care. Preferred Skills and Experience:

Previous Deputy Home Manager experience. The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care. Good working knowledge of CQC standards. The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams. Good clinical skills. Promoting ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home. The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £24.00 per hour, with an annual salary of £49,920 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week through days from 9am-5pm.
