to assist senior staff in the day-to-day management of patients in the assessment unit and ensure this work aligns with organisational policies and procedures. You will work with a team of clinical professionals ensuring the patients receive the best care during their assessment. As a Registered
Nurse , you will lead on the implementation of the nursing process, develop specialised programmes of care, and monitor the overall patient experience while liaising with each individual and their families. Our centre is an

Learning Disabilities . Working pattern:
This is a full-time,
permanent
role offering
39 hours
per week, working a
4-day week
over an 8-week period. What you will need to bring to the role: Registered Nurse Registration status maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Experience of working with people with epilepsy, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviour. Ability to lead and develop training programmes geared to the needs of appropriate colleagues and volunteers. Ability to supervise and train support staff. What's in it for you?
