As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality occupational health services to employees across UK sites. Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement occupational health policies
and procedures, ensuring consistency and excellence across all aspects of the role. Lead and manage the OH team
across the UK, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
and maintain high standards of clinical practice. Collaborate with stakeholders
to develop and implement effective occupational health strategies. Requirements
A Registered Nurse with Part 3 qualification from the NMC. A postgraduate occupational health qualification. An MSc/BSc in occupational health or a related field, with relevant management expertise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to identify and address complex issues. About the Company
