Job Summary: As a Nurse Manager at our nursing home, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of excellence in care. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership:

Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care. Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, ensuring they are competent and confident in their roles. Care Planning:

Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements. Budget Management:

Manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Communication:

Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Health and Safety:

Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration. Proven experience in a similar role within a nursing home or healthcare setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
