Connect2SocialWork is looking for a Nurse Manager (Mental Health Nurse/Registered Manager) for a complex mental health service for women in Blackburn.
Skills Required:
Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience
Independent and self-motivated
Robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations and legislation
Strong person-focused attitude
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate
The ability to influence and advise at all levels
Good understanding of safeguarding. Minimum Safeguard level 3 training
Right to work in the UK
Experience/Requirements:
A current NMC pin
Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience
Good understanding of safeguarding. Minimum Safeguard level 3 training
Experience of the mental health and/or care sector
Previous experience of managing a team
Robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations and legislation
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Salary/Benefits and Working Hours:
£45,000 - £50,000
37.5 hours per week across 5 days
On-call duties required
25 days plus bank holidays PLUS your birthday off
