The role:
You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group. Ensure day-to-day residents take part in meaningful individualized activities and provide support for social inclusion. Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure. Keep clear and accurate records at all times. Provide clinical care where this is required. The opportunity to really get to know your residents and build positive relationships with residents and their families. Provide assistance to the Nurse manager and manage your team of nurses in the home. What we’re looking for:
You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse. +1 Year Deputy Nurse Manager experience. You must have a valid NMC registration.
