, you’ll be responsible for all care and nursing needs of our residents. You’ll formulate, implement, and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans. You’ll supervise the delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents and understand their likes, dislikes, and care needs. Here are some important responsibilities: Dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed, maintaining appropriate records. Carry out stock control and ordering of residents' prescribed medication and medical products.
