Oncology Nurse Practitioner

to join our cohesive team to provide value-based care to patients in practice-based settings in
Hartford Healthcare’s East Region , which is ideally located close to the picturesque Connecticut and Rhode Island Shoreline, and Mystic Seaport. Some highlights of this opportunity include: Oncology Physician Assistant’s and Nurse Practitioners provide value-based care in an ambulatory setting, and will be involved in triage and the spectrum of outpatient management including, but not limited to the following: benign hematology visits, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrow aspirations, overseeing infusion follow-up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care. Schedule:
Full Time: Sites in the East Region include our Windham, Plainfield, Norwich, and Waterford practices. The opportunity to assist in building a comprehensive cancer program. A close-knit group with a common goal of delivering compassionate and high-quality care to cancer patients.
