We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$150,000, along with excellent benefits and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities

Provide primary, urgent, and preventative care for residents in assigned skilled nursing facilities Conduct initial assessments, physical exams, medication reviews, and depression screenings Collaborate with facility medical directors, attending physicians, and nursing staff Communicate effectively with family members regarding treatment options and status changes Manage medical emergencies and urgent care visits Verify admission orders and establish care plans Requirements

Valid Nurse Practitioner License in Kentucky Active DEA License National Nurse Practitioner certification Clinical background in adult, family, or geriatric specialties COVID-19 vaccination (unless qualified for exemption) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications

Experience in internal medicine, gerontology, or cardiology Previous work experience in LTC/SNF settings Familiarity with electronic health record systems About Glasgow, Kentucky
