Hawthorn Drive Surgery is looking to recruit either a Nurse Practitioner or an ECP to join our established team of clinical staff to provide care for our 10,700 patients.

Providing care for patients with acute and long-term conditions, also supporting our current ECP to provide care for the care homes that the surgery services, including both a weekly ward round and on-the-day requests. About us

Long term condition management Treatment for acute conditions Work closely with our ECP providing acute and ward rounds for our four care homes Person Specification
