Preschool Area Manager We are thrilled to be recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursery Area Manager to join our expanding team in South West London and surrounding areas. As our Nursery Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing these unique nursery communities, working closely with our dedicated team to ensure each location thrives, all while enjoying the support and resources of a forward-thinking, growth-oriented organisation. Responsibilities of the Early Years Area Manager Support settings in achieving high standards of care and education. Provide ongoing support for managers. Role modelling best practice for staff. Manage the performance of nursery managers. Ensure management are implementing all policies and procedures as required. Develop open and positive working relationships. Agree and review nursery targets and objectives with nursery managers. Recruit and support the recruitment of teams. Have a good knowledge of current documentation and legislation. Overall management of Health and safety. Understand the funding model for Local Authority and how to implement it. Liaise with local councils regarding the processes and systems. Develop new policies and procedures when necessary. Develop and deliver training to management and teams. Monitor the nurseries progress in reaching national priorities. Lead managers meetings. Monitor and promote equality. Ensure managers are compliant with nurseries, Values and Aims. Lead the nursery in their self-evaluation and quality assurance processes.
