enhanced ratios as standard , meaning a balanced workload and more time with the children. We also cap our intake numbers, so each class has a

maximum of 15 children per class

1-5pm Monday to Friday

Previous experience in Early Years is ideal, along with excellent communication skills and a willingness to undertake further training as needed.
