As a member of our incredible teams, you will have various responsibilities throughout the day. For children ages 0 to 5, you will need to provide a secure, engaging, and welcoming environment. You should also support the learning and development of the children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
If you can establish trusting bonds with kids, parents, and coworkers; conduct observations, evaluations, and record-keeping to track and encourage kids' development; and collaborate with others to create interesting activities in a group setting, then these roles will be great for you. It is mandatory for all employees to have their updated DBS registered with the updating service. If not, we can assist you by sending you a direct application link. If you have worked overseas for more than six months in the last five years, you must obtain an OSPC (Overseas Police Check). These will be required in every school setting as a safety precaution. The perfect nursery assistant will have: Level 2 or level 3 relevant childcare qualification and/or Experience working with children. An interest in child development. A strong and positive attitude.
