Nursery Assistant (SG18) Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:15am - 4:30pm (term time only) Salary:

£11.50 per hour

We are currently on the lookout for passionate and dedicated experienced nursery assistants to join this OFSTED rated Outstanding Pre-School in SG18. They pride themselves on encouraging exploration, investigation, and adventure for the children and are passionate about the children's welfare, wellbeing, and development. This role is Monday - Friday, 42 weeks per year (39 weeks of term time, plus 3 weeks of school holiday activities).

What We Need From You: You do not need to have a childcare qualification for this role, but you must have at least 1 year of experience working within early years childcare Commitment Passion to deliver outstanding childcare Ability to work within a team Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Your Duties Will Include: Taking charge of a key group of children Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop Plan and provide effective care, teaching, and learning Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers, or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests, and stages of development of the individual children
