What We're Looking For: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping young children thrive Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team A proactive, positive attitude and a dedication to providing quality care
