Are you an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in early childhood education? Step Teachers are working with a Nursery in the Mannamead area. This nursery believes in offering the learners the opportunity to learn and play in carefully designed surroundings, that are not only stimulating and creative but provide peace of mind where the safety is of utmost importance. They're currently looking for a Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team as of February 2025, various shifts available! Is that you? Nursery Teaching Assistant Responsibilities: Make a positive impact within the classroom, supporting children's learning and development. The Nursery Teaching Assistant should be able to encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements and fostering positive partnerships. The Nursery Teaching Assistant should be able to assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning. Nursery Teaching Assistant Requirements: Previous experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's learning and well-being. A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities. Why Step Teachers?
