Nursery Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Make a positive impact within the classroom, supporting children's learning and development.
The Nursery Teaching Assistant should be able to encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements and fostering positive partnerships.
The Nursery Teaching Assistant should be able to assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning.
Nursery Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Previous experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's learning and well-being.
A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
