What You'll Be Doing:

Creating Magical Moments:

You'll support children in their early years development, helping them to explore, learn, and grow in a safe, exciting environment. Engaging Activities:

Assist in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that spark creativity and curiosity. Building Relationships:

You'll develop strong, positive connections with children, parents, and colleagues, making everyone feel valued and supported. Championing Learning:

With your expertise, you'll help create a stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Team Spirit:

Work collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team who share your passion for making a difference.

Who We're Looking For:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (or a passion to learn if you're new to the field!). A positive attitude, creativity, and the ability to connect with young children. A team player with a flexible approach - you'll be working across two locations in Eastbourne, so adaptability is key! Enthusiasm and dedication to making every day a fun and educational experience for children.
