Our nurseries provide a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can grow and thrive. We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable supply nursery staff to join our team and support our various settings across Harrogate. Role Overview: As a member of our supply staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and learning for children during staff absences or peak times. You must be confident in traveling across Harrogate to different nursery settings, bringing your passion and experience to support young children's development. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5 years. Assist with planning and delivering activities that promote learning and development. Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children. Adapt quickly to different nursery settings and team dynamics. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Follow the policies and procedures of each setting you support. Requirements: Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (essential). Childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential. Passion for early years education and child development. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Flexibility and confidence to travel to various locations within Harrogate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
