To supervise, inspire and interact with children (3 weeks - 5 years old) in nursery settings, whilst ensuring their safety at all times. Requirements: Experience working with children To be counted in ratio under Ofsted regulations Full and relevant Early Years Qualification Level 3 English GCSE/Functional Skills Test Certificate (if qualified Post Sept 2014) Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise and interact with children, ensuring their safety at all times Engage with children in learning and play activities, encouraging EYFS development Facilitate indoor and outdoor play activities to promote positive wellbeing Support the larger team with essential daily tasks i.e. room preparation & hygiene standards Follow safeguarding policies in line with the EYFS to ensure child welfare & protection Help to ensure a safe, secure and fun environment for all children Benefits: Competitive Pay Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous professional development and career advancement.
