We are seeking passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join a fantastic group of nurseries located across Bristol. As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional childcare to children during their time at the nursery. You will be highly trustworthy, attentive to children's needs, and committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Supervising children during playtime Engaging children in learning and play activities Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Collaborating with team members Maintaining high standards of operation Participating in staff meetings The role of a Nursery Assistant requires extensive knowledge of children, including their interests, needs, and development. You must be able to keep children entertained, teach them in a way that is easily understandable, and create a fun and engaging environment.
