We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of children in our nursery class. Nursery Assistant Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and educational activities. Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources. Nursery Assistant Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A patient, caring, and flexible approach to working with children. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
