Link3 Recruitment is seeking a talented and creative Nursery Assistant required to start work in one of our nurseries located in Market Harborough, LE16.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Nursery Assistant who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for children.

Are you currently studying an Early year or child related course? Did you know that you can work flexible days within a nursery to work alongside your studies?

Job Details:

This Nursery Assistant role is flexible from Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible. We require a passionate and energetic Nursery Assistant that will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humour and the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.

To be successful in this Nursery Assistant position, you will:

Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or studying a childcare-related course, Have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude. Have a passion for working with children. Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures. Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements:

As a minimum, all applicants must have: Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or studying a childcare-related course, A positive approach to child development, managing behaviour and being passionate about your area of expertise which is evident in your teaching. Applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS checks registered to the update service. We can help support this if required.
