Are you an experienced Nursery Assistant looking for flexible working hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of nurseries? If you're passionate about working with young children and want to make a real impact, we want you to join our team! About the Role: As a Nursery Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple nurseries in Newbury and the surrounding areas. You'll provide hands-on support to children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, assisting with their development through creative play, structured activities, and ensuring they are safe, nurtured, and supported at all times. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to foster a caring and supportive environment. Observe and record children's progress, helping them reach key developmental milestones. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for children to thrive in. Key Qualifications: Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting. NVQ Level 3 in Early Years is preferred, but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and families. £12 per hour (unqualified) PAYE

£14.81 per hour Umbrella £13.10 per hour (qualified with NVQ Level 3) PAYE

£16.25 per hour Umbrella
