ASAP Teaching Personnel is partnering with a wonderful primary school in the NE28 area, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their team. This is your chance to help shape young minds, encourage positive behaviors, and inspire a love for learning. About the Role As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the children’s daily experiences, helping to create a fun and supportive learning environment. Your energy, creativity, and nurturing approach will ensure that every child thrives. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and delivering engaging nursery activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage daily routines and adapt to challenges as they arise. Work closely with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for children. Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures. Bring a passion for creating memorable learning experiences. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and meet the following criteria: EWC Registration:

Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC). DBS Check:

Hold a Child Only DBS certificate registered on the Update System (or are willing to obtain one). References:
