Position: Nursery Assistant The role of Nursery Assistant is to deliver inspirational care and education for the children within the nursery. You will be responsible for creating an inspirational learning environment that promotes exceptional learning and the best possible standards of care while encouraging children to discover their full potential. You will be a dedicated teacher highly attuned to the different needs of individual children, who isn't fazed by a fast-paced and ever-changing environment!

Minimum Requirements:

Hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification. Undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Benefits Include:

A performance related bonus of up to £750 per year. Your choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week (we are certain we have a working pattern that works around you). Up to 35 days holiday a year (including 3 days between Christmas/ New Year and 1 day for your Birthday!). Free daily lunch and drinks. Personal development fund of £100 per year. Funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/ EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development. Annual clothing allowance of £100 (no uniform).
