Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

About the Role: As a

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner , you will play a vital role in ensuring the children in your care receive the highest standard of education and care. You will work closely with the nursery team to support children's development, ensuring that their individual needs are met and their next steps in learning are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Implement next steps provision to encourage learning and progression. Ensure children are kept safe and secure, following safeguarding procedures at all times. Maintain correct child-to-staff ratios and ensure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. Build strong relationships with parents, providing feedback and support on their child's development. Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create an engaging and nurturing environment.

Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education

or equivalent. Proven

practical nursery experience , with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Confidence in implementing

safeguarding policies

and adhering to

staff ratios . Ability to implement

next steps provision

to support each child's development. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both children and parents. A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their learning and development.
