About the Role: As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. You will help deliver a range of fun and stimulating activities, both indoors and outdoors, tailored to the needs and interests of each child. Your role will involve building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support each child’s development. Safeguarding and the well-being of children will also be a priority in your day-to-day duties. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development. Provide high-quality care, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children. Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members. Follow safeguarding guidelines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care. Adapt activities to suit the individual needs of the children and maintain a proactive and organized approach. Candidate Requirements: Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent). Experience: Proven experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting.
