What Your Role Will Involve:

Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development. Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods. Monitoring children's progress and developmental milestones, maintaining accurate records.
What We're Looking For:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential). A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong teamwork and communication skills. A proactive, caring, and positive approach to childcare.
