Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced nursery staff with a minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare to join our team. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or looking for managerial progression, we have opportunities for you to grow within our chain of nurseries. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children in your care. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our nurseries. For managerial candidates, oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Requirements: Level 2 qualification in Childcare or higher (essential). Relevant experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Passion for early years education and child development. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ambition to progress and develop within the organization.
