Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for enthusiastic and flexible Nursery Bank Staff to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide vital support across our nurseries on an as-needed basis, ensuring that the children receive a high standard of care and education. Key Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of the nursery in various rooms as required. Engage with children during play, encouraging their development and maintaining a safe environment. Assist with meal times, ensuring children are well-fed and supervised. Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents. Help maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the nursery. Adhere to nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety standards. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience working with young children is desirable. A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude towards teamwork. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children effectively. Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis, covering different shifts. Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
