We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Cook position. This is a permanent position, working 9 am to 2 pm, 5 days a week.
You will be preparing exciting, nutritious meals for our lovely children within our nursery setting for children aged under 5.
Ideally, you will have experience as a cook/chef with qualifications, but we will consider applicants without formal qualifications who have experience working in a familiar setting or are really passionate about cooking good homemade wholesome food for children. We can provide training and a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene course if needed.
We are looking for a Nursery Cook who can run the kitchen by maintaining high standards, promoting health and safety, and legal requirements, and cooking fresh healthy meals to meet the needs of the nursery.
In our nursery, our children always come first. With this in mind, we ask you to show your passion for good food and be a positive role model to all who come into contact with the nursery, taking pride in providing the children with good nutrition so they can grow, develop, and learn in an enriching environment.
