Blossoms on the Common are looking for a Nursery Cook at our well established setting in Pelsall on a full time basis.

Job Role & Duties:
The Nursery Cook will be responsible to work with the nursery manager to plan and prepare a nutritious meal plan for the children, following guidelines from Healthy start.
* Create meal plans
* Ordering of food and stock
* Preparation and cooking of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks
* Adhere to food hygiene and allergy legislation
* Cover staff in the classrooms when required
* Complete food safety and kitchen records
* Be responsible for kitchen hygiene and complete all risk assessments in the kitchen area.
About you:
* Candidates must have a minimum of two years previous experience
* Candidates must hold a recognised food hygiene certificate
* Candidates must hold a recognised food allergy certificate
Pay & Hours:
Monday to Friday, with a choice of hours. (08:00 - 15:00 or 09:00 - 16:00)

Blossom on the Common are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children therefore the successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Disclosure and enrol in the update system. References will be contacted prior to an in-house interview
