We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly Deputy Manager who will work closely with the Nursery Manager, Supervisor, and nursery team in providing the best learning environment and experiences for our nursery children, as well as maintaining an excellent partnership with parents. Our nursery children are looking for a dedicated adult who can recognize and name all the dinosaurs, along with the ability to answer their how, why, what, and who questions roughly 100 times a day! The children would love someone who wants to explore muddy puddles with them, create adventures, and help tie their shoelaces while ensuring the tissue station is replenished! The grown-ups are looking for someone that has: A good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Great leadership skills. A Level 3 Early Years qualification or Early Years Teacher qualification. Good safeguarding knowledge. Working hours:

8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a paid lunch break. The nursery is open 38 weeks per year, plus two weeks paid staff training and development, with 5.6 weeks holiday entitlement. Once you have completed your first year, you are given a paid Well-being holiday day. Interviews will take place on Monday, 20th January 2025. Start date ASAP. Lead and support staff in implementing the nursery Curriculum. Foster effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding children's development. Supervise and mentor nursery staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of childcare. Drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality of nursery services. Job Types:
