Brentford, United Kingdom | Posted on 16/01/2025 At Pump House Nursery, we are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the Nursery. Ideally, you will be an experienced Deputy Manager who has stepped up to oversee the Nursery when required. The role is working a 5-day week covering 38 hrs, offering a competitive salary and loads of great benefits. As the Quality and Development Manager (Deputy Manager), you will: Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams Inspire, energise and support others Have a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and help others learn Possess sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations Have a firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements Benefits
