Early Years Practitioner
Job Type: Full-time Location: Slough Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm A highly successful educational institution in Slough is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner, qualified to at least Level 2 or 3, to join their team. This position presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be actively involved in the continued development of a lively and forward-thinking school. Day-to-day of the role:
Engage in the daily activities of the school with a positive and proactive attitude. Implement innovative teaching methods that foster a stimulating learning environment. Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate lessons. Monitor and assess the progress of children, ensuring all individual needs are met. Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school’s community spirit. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must hold at least a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification. Demonstrable commitment to developing outstanding teaching and learning practices. Strong understanding of the educational philosophy and ability to implement it effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with both staff and students. A proactive approach to personal and professional development. Benefits:
