About the Role In this exciting role, you will: Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all. Inspire and manage a team to deliver high-quality education aligned with the EYFS framework. Build strong relationships with families, promoting open communication and trust. Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards while driving continuous improvement. Manage resources effectively, ensuring high occupancy levels and financial efficiency. What We re Looking For We re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive leader with: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above is highly desirable). Proven management experience in a childcare or nursery setting. An in-depth understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted regulations. Outstanding organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A creative and energetic approach to inspiring young learners and their team.
