Happy Days Falmouth is seeking a Nursery Manager to join our fantastic setting in the heart of the Falmouth community. As Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by leading your team to deliver the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine.” You will also support your team by observing, mentoring, and delivering best practice and regulatory compliance. You will have experience in the commercial running of the nursery, effectively managing parent enquiries, tours and enrolments, budget management, staff rostering, recruitment, staff performance, and wellbeing. As Nursery Manager, you will have a proven track record in OFSTED inspections and be fully conversant in the welfare requirements and statutory framework. Your roles and responsibilities as Nursery Manager would include: Performance

Supporting, mentoring, and coaching colleagues through induction, supervision, and appraisal. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery. Managing enquiries, tours, and enrolments. Working in partnership with parents, managing queries, concerns, and complaints, and resolving them to a satisfactory standard. Managing the commercial performance of the nursery. Outstanding Childcare

You’ll be an inspirational leader, ensuring that the care and development needs of children are being met at all times. Using our unique “Where Children Shine” curriculum to observe, plan, and assess children’s learning opportunities. Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirement policies and practices. Having a firm understanding of OFSTED requirements and the ability to lead during an inspection or regulatory visit. Working with Others
