Lead the daily operations of the
nursery , ensuring a
safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Manage and support a team of
early years practitioners , promoting
best practices
in childcare Ensure the nursery meets
Ofsted standards
and all
safeguarding requirements Develop and deliver
engaging early years programs
to support
children's learning and development Build positive relationships with
parents, carers, and staff Handle
administrative tasks , including
staff rotas, budgets, and compliance What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification
(or higher) in
Childcare, Early Years, or related field Proven experience
in a
Nursery Manager
or
Deputy Manager
role Strong knowledge of
Ofsted regulations ,
safeguarding policies , and
early years frameworks Excellent
leadership and communication skills A passion for
providing outstanding early years education and care
