Our client is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Nursery Manager to join their team at Walk in the Park Nursery. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our nursery. Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery Ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained Managing and motivating a team of dedicated staff Building strong relationships with parents and carers Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and EYFS framework Implementing and maintaining robust safeguarding procedures Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Previous management experience desirable Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in Ofsted compliance A passion for early childhood education and child development What We Offer:
