The Role
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager who is ready for a greater challenge. You will be responsible for Managing your nursery setting including:
Delivering an Early Years curriculum which incorporates Montessori, HighScope and EYFS;
Creating a warm and welcoming environment for parents and children;
Recruiting, developing and managing a team of up to 12 staff;
Selling the nursery to new parents including conducting viewings;
Responding to all enquiries, both internal and external, in a timely manner;
Ongoing nursery communications with parents including weekly newsletters;
Operational planning;
Budgetary management and reporting;
Building excellent relationships with children, parents and colleagues;
Promoting child welfare and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed;
Contributing to the reputation of our clients Nursery Group.

What you will bring
Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager;
NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS;
Strong knowledge of EYFS and children s learning and development;
Leadership acumen;
Excellent staff management skills;
Experience in dealing with external organisations;
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication;
Self-motivation, innovation and a positive outlook;
Strong planning, budgeting and organisational skills;
Lots of energy; and above all,
A passion for delivering amazing educational experiences to children.
An Enhanced DBS check and reference checks will be carried out prior to employment.
