Nursery Manager , you will have the opportunity to shape and grow this exciting new setting. Your key responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth running and exceptional care. Building and leading a passionate team of early years professionals. Creating and implementing an EYFS-aligned curriculum, focusing on creativity, confidence, and wellbeing. Developing strong relationships with families to meet children’s needs with care and attention. Managing budgets, staffing, and resources to align with the nursery’s vision. Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and care. About You We are looking for a motivated leader who shares the nursery’s passion for creativity, wellbeing, and high-quality early years education. The ideal candidate will have: A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and significant leadership experience in a childcare setting. A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and a creative approach to its application. Strong organizational and communication skills.
