Our client's Nursery provides a nurturing environment for children up to age 5, focusing on physical, intellectual, and social development. Their team supports each child's growth in a caring setting.

The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, tailoring activities to each child's needs. Outdoor play enhances physical, cognitive, and social skills, encouraging exploration and creativity.

Our client is looking to recruit a

Nursery Manager .

As Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the nursery. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and education, and fostering a positive environment for children, staff, and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated early years practitioners. Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers. Monitor and maintain health, safety, and safeguarding protocols. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support the nursery's growth and development.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for early years education. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Level 5 or above is desirable). Previous experience in a management or leadership role within an early years setting. Strong knowledge of EYFS and other relevant frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. A commitment to creating an inclusive and stimulating environment for children.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
