The Role We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager who is ready for a greater challenge. You will be responsible for managing your nursery setting, including: Delivering an Early Years curriculum which incorporates Montessori, HighScope, and EYFS Creating a warm and welcoming environment for parents and children Recruiting, developing, and managing a team of up to 12 staff Selling the nursery to new parents, including conducting viewings Responding to all enquiries, both internal and external, in a timely manner Ongoing nursery communications with parents, including weekly newsletters Operational planning Budgetary management and reporting Building excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Promoting child welfare and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed Contributing to the reputation of our clients Nursery Group Benefits Discount on Childcare Fees (50% from day one, increasing to 66% with service) Fun social events throughout the year and an annual Christmas party Celebration of hard work - bonuses, vouchers, and social events 33 days holidays pa with Birthday day off Discounts on high street shops such as Asda, Currys, and PC World Wellbeing Centre Employee Assistance Programme What you will bring Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree, or QTS Strong knowledge of EYFS and children's learning and development Leadership acumen Excellent staff management skills Experience in dealing with external organisations Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication Self-motivation, innovation, and a positive outlook Strong planning, budgeting, and organisational skills Lots of energy; and above all, A passion for delivering amazing educational experiences to children An Enhanced DBS check and reference checks will be carried out prior to employment.
