Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a thriving early years setting? We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and motivated Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education, with a focus on the development of both children and staff. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Oversee day-to-day nursery operations, including staff management, training, and development. Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure the well-being and development of the children. Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety regulations, as well as nursery policies and procedures. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the nursery operates efficiently and effectively. Recruit, onboard, support, train, and evaluate all staff to ensure the provision of high-quality childcare services. Promote the development of best practices in special needs and inclusion. Requirements:

A full and relevant level 3 (or above) Early Years childcare qualification. Paediatric first aid trained and safeguarding trained is desirable. In-depth knowledge of the new EYFS Framework. Proven experience and evidence of improving performance. Extensive experience in the Early Years environment. A passion for childcare and child development. 1 Year Nursery Manager experience (preferred but not required). Benefits:
